With over 15 years of experience in the world of padel, German Thomas is one of the most respected and influential figures in the sport-both in Israel and internationally.
A certified national coach by the Argentine Padel Association and an active high-level player, German has dedicated his career to developing the game from every angle: coaching players, training coaches, building clubs, and mentoring new leaders in the padel industry.
He is the founder and managing partner of several successful padel clubs in Argentina and Israel, and the creator of the Train Padel Academy-a professional training framework focused on long-term development, tactical excellence, and leadership in sport.
German has trained and mentored over 500 players and coaches across all levels, and his approach is grounded in deep technical knowledge, sharp strategic thinking, and a true passion for growth.
Whether he’s leading a one-on-one training session or consulting on a multi-court facility, German brings the same level of commitment, integrity, and vision.
His unique ability to connect with players, empower coaches, and build strong padel communities has positioned him as a trusted partner for those looking to raise their game-on and off the court.

Mark Frideav
Coach
A former professional tennis player who represented Israel’s national youth team, Mark brings a strong background in high-performance sports and has previously coached professional-level players.
He entered the world of padel two and a half years ago and quickly rose through the ranks-currently competing at a national level and ranked among the top 10 padel players in Israel.
Mark is a certified padel coach through the international PadelMBA program, and offers a winning combination of tactical insight, technical mastery, and sharp sports intelligence.
As a coach, he focuses on solidifying fundamentals, personalizing training to each player, and creating a professional, growth-oriented environment-whether for beginners or advanced competitors.
His precise approach, competitive background, and authentic passion for the game make him a key figure within the academy’s coaching team, helping players reach new heights and unlock their full potential.

Leo Riotberg
Coach
Originally from Argentina, Leo started playing padel at the age of 12, growing up with the sport as a natural part of his daily life.
After moving to Israel, he brought not only his racket-but also his passion, energy, and the unique South American spirit of the game.
Leo’s love for padel is contagious, and he has inspired dozens of players to fall in love with the sport thanks to his infectious enthusiasm.
He plays at a high competitive level in Israel, combining years of experience with a creative, lively, and instinctive playing style.
As a coach, Leo brings unstoppable energy, positivity, and a natural ability to connect with every player.
He helps people improve while keeping the vibe fun, dynamic and full of smiles.

Coach
With a strong foundation in tennis from the age of five and several years of competitive play, Or brings a deep understanding of movement, precision, and court strategy.
In less than a year since stepping into the world of padel, she has made a remarkable impact-currently ranked among the top 5 women players in Israel and competing at a national level.
A certified padel coach through the international PadelMBA program, Or combines athletic excellence with intuitive coaching and a fierce love for the game.
Her training style is energetic, focused, and highly personalized-helping each player build confidence, refine their technique, and bring out their competitive edge.
